See All ReviewsThis food truck visited my job last week. And when I tell you I’ve been thinking about that po-boy ever SINCE!!! They have theee softest French bread. The way the garlic butter mixes with the pickles - those pickles are legit, like artisanal. Do yourself a favor & add mayo. I literally hunted this business down & searched through the pictures to make sure I had the right food truck. Shoutout to my guy with the ponytail!
As they were closing, I walked up and told the owner I was super hungry. He asked what I wanted. I told him to surprise me. He made me a blackened shrimp poboy and man was it delicious. The hand cut fries were really good. It had somewhat of a sweet and salty taste that was spot on. Kudos to the owner for taking the time out to stop and make such a tasty late night meal.
Me and my crew ordered the 10 ($20) and 6 ($10) piece chicken wings both with fries. My sister in law ordered the 6 piece garlic & parmesan wings and fries. I ordered the 10 piece plain seasoning wing plate. And they were that plain. NO seasoning. The 6 piece had wet garlic parmesan seasoning, but no flavor in the meat 😞. The fries were so fresh you could taste the dirt on them literally and again, no seasoning. If it wasn't for the friendly owner, this wouldn't have made it as far as it did.
